What is the Foothills Community Foundation? And what role does it play in The Jay Bloomer Foundation?
The Jay Bloomer Foundation is partnering with Foothills Community Foundation as a trusted and experienced advisor and non-profit fund manager. Foothills will manage the Foundation and provide counsel to the Scholarship Committee.

Are donations tax deductible?
Yes. The Foothills Community Foundation is an independent 501(c)3 and will provide donation receipts for records and tax purposes.
When will the first scholarship be awarded?
The goal is award to the first scholarship in the Spring of 2021.
What is the dollar amount of the scholarship award?
TBD based on fundraising activity in 2020.
How do I apply for the scholarship?
The Dobyns Bennett and T.L. Hanna High School Scholarships are now available online! You can follow the link on the home page of our website. Scholarship applications can also be obtained by contacting the Foothills Community Foundation and / or through your high school guidance counselor.
The Honor Health Career Programs Scholarship Donation will be an annual donation to the program that will support their efforts in providing tuition assistance, supplies, equipment and resources for all students.
